Objective To investigate the correlation between drug-resistance and the genes of efflux pumps in multidrug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(MDR-ABA). Methods Four kinds of genes of efflux pumps (adeB、mdfA、qacE△1、lehA) were detected by PCR. Results Among 20 detected MDR-ABA strains,95% (18/20) were with adeB,mdfA and qacE△A1 genes of efflux pumps,but none of the 20 stain were with lehA gene. Conclusion Multiple-drug-resistance of MDR-ABA might be mainly caused by the highly positive rates of genes of efflux pumps and this mechanism might have epidemiology significance.%目的 了解多药耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(MDR-ABA)抗菌剂外排泵基因存在状况与细菌耐药关系.方法 采用PCR方法检测4种抗菌剂外排泵基因(adeB、mdfA、qacE△1、tehA),PCR阳性产物采用PCR直接全自动荧光法测序.结果 20株MDR-ABA有18株检出同时携带adeB、mdfA、qacE△1基因,阳性率为95%,且tehA均为阴性.结论 连续分离的多药耐药鲍曼不动杆菌抗菌制剂外排泵基因检出率较高可能是MDR-ABA呈多重耐药的原因,其具有流行病学意义.
