产ESBLs大肠埃希菌与非产ESBLs大肠埃希菌耐消毒剂基因检测

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the disinfectant-resistance gene (qacE△1-sul1) in E. Coli and the difference in carrying statue of the gene between extended-spectrum β-1actamases (ESBLs)-producing and ESBLs non-producing Eseherichia coil (E. Coli) strains. Methods PCR was used to am-plify qacE△1-sul1 gene in 54 strains of E. Coli. Results The detection rate of qaeE△1-sul1 was 70.4% (38/54). 20 strains carried qacE△1-sul1 gene in ESBLs positive group, and 18 in ESBLs negative group. Conclusion The qacE△1-sul1 gene was highly expressed in E.coli, and ESBLs isn't associated with expression of qacE△l-sul1 gene.%目的 了解大肠埃希菌(E.coli)耐消毒剂基因(qacE△1-sul1)在产ESBLs组及非产ESBLs E.coli组该基因携带情况.方法 PCR法对54株E.coli进行qacE△1-sul1基因的检测.结果 54株E.coli qacE△1-sul1基因扩增结果,38株阳性,其中产ESBLs组携带qaeE△1-sul1基因有20株,不产ESBLs组携带qacE△1-sul1基因有18株.结论 qacE△1-sul1基因在E.coli携带率较高,且产ESBLs组与非产ESBLs组E.coli qacE△1-sul1基因携带情况差异无统计学意义.
