目的 探讨微信教育应用于脑卒中出院患者延续护理的效果.方法 选取本院收治的90例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(采用常规的出院指导)和观察组(在对照组常规出院指导的基础上采取微信延续护理).比较两组患者服药依从性和生活质量评分.结果 观察组患者疾病认知率为97.78％、掌握药物使用技术率为97.78％、规律用药率为97.78％,显著优于对照组的86.87％、82.22％和84.44％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预6个月后观察组患者生活质量评分明显优于对照组[(94.90±2.62) vs.(89.80±2.43)],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 微信教育应用于脑卒中出院患者延续护理疗效确切,能够明显改善患者的治疗依从性,显著提高患者疾病后生活质量.%Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat education in continuous nursing care for discharged patients with stroke.Methods A total of 90 cases of stroke in our hospital were selected as the research object,and divided into control group and observation group with the random number table method.Control group received conventional discharge guidance,and observation group received continuing nursing care with WeChat on the basis of conventional discharge guidance.The medication compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of disease awareness,mastering the use of drugs,regular medication in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (97.78％ vs.86.87％,97.78％ vs.82.22％,97.78％ vs.84.44％).After 6 months' intervention,the score of life quality in observation group was significantly better than that in control group [(94.90±2.62) vs.(89.80±2.43)].Conclusions WeChat education applied in continuous nursing care for discharged patients with stroke has exact effect,which can significantly improve the treatment compliance of patients,significantly improve the quality of life of patients after disease.
