目的 探讨益气养阴方联合西药对2型糖尿病患者细胞因子、血脂的影响及疗效观察.方法 将104例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组52例.对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在此基础上结合益气养阴方治疗,两组治疗疗程均为2个月.对比分析两组患者治疗总有效率,治疗前后血糖、细胞因子、血脂水平变化及药物副反应情况.结果 治疗总有效率研究组高于对照组(94.23％ vs.75.00％)(P＜0.05);研究组FPG[(6.29±0.87) mmol/L]、HbAlc[(6.38±0.79)％]、2 hPG[(10.30±1.76) mmol/L]低于对照组FPG[(7.31±0.98) mmol/L]、HbA1c[(7.56±0.89)％]、2 hPG[(12.73±1.81) mmol/L] (P＜0.05);研究组治疗后血清IL-6[(13.28±2.31) ng/ml]、TNF-α[(46.28±10.38) ng/ml]、CRP[(1.37±0.32) ng/ml]低于对照组IL-6[(18.98±2.49) ng/ml]、TNF-α[(73.21±18.79) ng/ml]、CRP[(2.91±0.58)ng/ml](P＜ 0.05);研究组LDL-C[(2.34±0.36) mmol/L]、TC[(4.13±0.56) mmol/L]、TG[(1.75±0.3) mmol/L]治疗后低于对照组LDL-C[(3.02±0.41) mmol/L]、TC[(5.23±0.78) mmol/L]、TG[(2.42±0.40) mmol/L] (P＜0.05);两组患者在给予药物治疗期间均未出现严重副反应.结论 2型糖尿病患者应用益气养阴方联合西药治疗疗效明显,可降低患者血糖,改善血脂和炎症反应,具有重要研究价值.%Objective To investigate clinical efficacy ofYiqi Yangyin decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its effect on cytokines,blood lipid.Methods 104 patients with T2DM were randomly divided into control group and study group,52 cases in each group.Control group received conventional western medicine,and study group received Yiqi Yangyin decoction on the basis of control group.Treatment in two groups lasted for two months.Compared the total effective rate of two groups,blood glucose,cytokines,blood lipid levels before and after treatment,and adverse drug reactions.Results The total effective rate in study group (94.23％) was higher than that in control group (75.00％) (P＜0.05).After treatment,FPG [(6.29±0.87)mmol/L],HbAlc [(6.38±0.79)％],2hPG [(10.30±l.76)mmol/L] in study group were lower than those in control group [(7.3 l±0.98)mmol/L,(7.56±0.89)％,(12.73±l.81)mmol/L] (P＜0.05);IL-6 [(13.28±2.3 l)ng/ml],TNF-α[(46.28±10.38)ng/ml],CRP [(1.37±0.32)ng/ml] in study group were lower than those in control group [(18.98±2.49)ng/ml,(73.21 ± 18.79)ng/ml,(2.91 ±0.58)ng/ml] (P＜0.05);LDL-C [(2.34±0.36) mmol/L],TC[(4.13±0.56)mmol/L],TG [(1.75±0.3)mmol/L] in study group were lower than those in control group [(3.02±0.41)mmol/L,(5.23±0.78)mmol/L,(2.42±0.40)mmol/L] (P＜0.05).There were no serious side effects during administration of the drug treatment in two groups.Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus has significant efficacy,which can reduce blood glucose,improve blood lipid and inflammatory responses,with important research value.
