目的：评价原发性高血压在社区进行全科治疗的临床效果分析。方法：将600例患者随机分组，研究组采用全科方式进行治疗，对照组仅进行常规方式治疗；比较两组临床疗效。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为83.33%，高于对照组的63.33%，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论：在社区采用全科治疗的临床效果较佳，既可减轻患者的血压，又可改善患者心血管功能，使血压状况得到一定的改善，故值得临床推广应用。%Objective To evaluate the effect of general treatment in the treatment of original high blood pressure. Method 600 patients were divided into two groups randomly,study group used general treatment,while control group only used routine treatment method;Com-pared two groups’ clinical efficiency. Results The total rate of study group was 83. 33% ,it was higher than 63. 33% of control group,the difference had statistical significance(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The general treatment has good effect on community,it can improve the situ-ation of blood pressure,which is worthy of clinical application.
