Objective To explore the impact of different methods of sealing tube of intravenous detaining needle to phlebitis caused by mannitol. Method 50 patients who will accept more than 150 g/day drip treatment of 20% mannitol were randomly divided into conven-tional of 26 cases and experimental group of 24 cases,the experimental group washed the tube by 30~35℃ 10 ml of saline water and then used 2~5 ml of heparin saline for sealing the tube of intravenous detaining needle. The conventional group used 2~5 ml of heparin saline for sealing the tube of intravenous detaining needle at room temperature. Results The incidence of phlebitis of the experimental group was significantly lower than the conventional group(P<0. 01). Conclusion Washing the tube by saline water before sealing after the infusion of mannitol can decrease the incidence of phlebitis and extend the usage time of the intravenous catheter system.%目的:为了探讨静脉留置针封管方式对甘露醇所致静脉炎的影响。方法:将准备接受20%甘露醇大于150 g/d治疗的50例患者随机分为常规组26例和试验组各24例,试验组输液完毕后先用30~35℃生理盐水10 ml来冲管,再进行常规2~5 ml肝素盐水封管。常规组采用室温下的肝素盐水2~5 ml封管。结果:试验组静脉炎的发生率明显低于常规组。结论:静脉滴注甘露醇后用加温盐水先冲管再封管可降低静脉炎的发生,延长静脉留置针的使用时间。
