OLAP is a sophisticated data analysis technique that is developed based on a multidimensional data model and is the most typical application of data warehouse. This paper describes an OLAP system that is developed on the basis of a data warehouse for medical information analytical system. By selecting OLAP theme, designing multidimen- sional data model, applying multi-dimensional analysis, and conducting Multidimensional Expression （MDX） query, this OLAP system can perform multi-dimensional data analysis based on different medical information analytical demand.%OIAP是基于多维数据模型的复杂数据分析技术，是数据仓库中最典型应用．以医疗信息分析系统数据仓库为基础来构建OLAP系统，并根据医疗信息数据分析的需求，选取OLAP主题，进行多维数据模型设计，以及运用多维分析方法和MDX查询设计实现多维数据分析．
