学校体育教育是素质教育的一个重要组成部分．随着体育高校体育发展对教师的素质提出了更高、更全面的要求．全面提高体育教师的整体素质是搞好体育教学的关键．本文主要针对高校体育教师应具备的基本素质开论述．%Improving the quality of rural teaching staff is the key to develop rural education. Nowdays, there are many main problems in the construction of rural teaching staff of Siping area, such as the insufficient number, reasonable structure, force instability, stressful survival pressure, and the outdate education concept. The author analyzed the currentproblems in the construction of rural teachers staff of Siping area and gave the corresponding strategies.
