Based on 1951~2009 Jilin city suburb weather station data,analyses the geographical,hydrological,meteorological condition in Jilin city of Songhua River and the formation of rime.Discusses the down site 120 m redevelopment of fengman reservoir dam,according to the design after the completion of new dam outlet height of elevation,cause a reduction in reservoir outlet water temperature in winter,directly affecting rime landscape.%根据1951～2009吉林市城郊气象站资料,分析了松花江吉林市段地理条件、水文、气象条件与雾凇形成的关系.论述了丰满水库大坝向下移址120米重建,按设计建成后新坝的出水口高度抬高,导致水库冬季出水口水温降低,直接影响雾凇景观.
