预选士官教育培训中五种心理效应分析

         

摘要

针对预选士官学习基础较差,普遍对军校学习训练具有不自信、不适应等心理,提出了教员应结合学员心理特点正确运用心理效应加以引导来提升学员训练效果的观点。在分析预选士官学员心理的基础上,对教员如何运用五种常见心理效应解决学员训练中存在的心理问题进行了分析,并在预选士官培训实践应用中取得了良好效果。%Pre-selected sergeants have usually poor leaning foundation and possess generally, the psychologi-cal effects of no confidence and no adaptation to the academies’leaning and training. It is pointed out that the teachers should combine the cadets’psychological features and apply correctly the psychological effects to lead-ing the cadets and promoting their training results as well. On the basis of analyzing the pre-selected sergeants’ psychological states, this article analyzes also how teachers apply those five common psychological effects to solv-ing those psychological problems existed in their training, which achieves the better results in the practice applica-tion of the pre-selected sergeants’training.
