食品化学与营养学教学改革与实践

         

摘要

针对应用型本科层次教学改革,以提高教学质量为目标,结合多年来食品化学与营养学课程教学经验,从教学内容、教学方法和教学效果评价等方面进行教学改革与探索,旨在培养学生的适应能力、解决实践难题和创新能力.%Aiming at the teaching reform of applied undergraduate course in order to improve the teaching quality,combining with several years teaching experience of food chemistry and nutrition course,the teaching reform and exploration were carried out from aspects of teaching content,teaching methods and teaching effect evaluation,so as to cultivate students' adaptability,solving practical problems and innovative ability.
