[Objective] To identify the biological control strain TC35 and evaluate its control effect on pepper blight.[Method] The gene sequence of gyrB was cloned to identify the species of biocontrol bacteria.The antibacterial spectrum was determined by confrontational culture method.The control effect was confirmed by field efficacy test.[Result] The biocontrol bacterium TC35 was identified as Paenibacillus polymyxa,and the antibacterial band of Phytophthora capsici was 22 mm.The control effect percentage on pepper blight was from 84.3% to 92.1%.[Conclusion] The fermentation solution of Paenibacillus polymyxa TC35 has good efficacy and is useful to control pepper blight.%[目的]鉴定生防菌株TC35,评价其对辣椒疫病的防治效果.[方法]克隆gyrB基因序列鉴定生防菌种类,采用对峙培养法测定抑菌谱,通过田间药效试验研究其防治效果.[结果]生防菌TC35鉴定为多粘类芽孢杆菌,与辣椒疫霉的抑菌带为22 mm,对辣椒疫病的防治效果为84.3% ~92.1%.[结论]多粘类芽孢杆菌TC35发酵液对辣椒疫病有良好的防治效果,可应用于辣椒疫病的防治.
