The impact of changes of grain production and management subject on the food security in Jiangxi Province were analyzed.New production and business operation entity had a considerable advantage in terms of land management scale, capital, technology and market competition, which could be described as a "double-edged sword", on the one hand was to promote the perfection of the construction of agricultural infrastructure, agricultural social service, be conducive to the promotion of new varieties and new technology application, be conducive to the promotion of the improvement of the efficiency of agricultural production,be conducive to improving the quality of food.On the other hand, new production and business operation entity had potential threat;be effect on the stable grain market supply and demand and the price of grain was huge.The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward such as stabilizing grain income, improving land transfer policy, increasing financial support, developing science and technology socialization service.%分析了江西省粮食生产经营主体变化对粮食安全的影响,指出新型生产经营主体在土地经营规模、资金、技术和市场竞争等方面都具有相当大的优势,这种优势可谓一柄"双刃剑",一方面,有利于促进农业基础设施的建设、农业社会化服务的完善,有利于促进新品种和新技术的应用,有利于促进农业生产效率的提高和推动农业现代化进程,有利于提高粮食品质,增加粮食的产值和效益;另一方面,新型粮食生产经营主体对粮食安全有潜在威胁,对稳定粮食市场供求和粮食价格影响巨大.提出了稳定种粮收益、完善土地流转政策、加大财政支持力度、发展科技社会化服务等对策.
