正交试验优选菊花口服液的提取工艺

         

摘要

[目的]探索菊花口服液的制备工艺.[方法]以乙醇浓度、料液比、回流时间和回流次数作为因素,以总黄酮的含量为指标,并采用紫外分光光度法进行测定,采用L(0)(34)正交试验优化菊花口服液的提取工艺;将提取液过滤、浓缩,加水稀释,静置,加滑石粉助滤,加辅料配制,制备口服液.[结果]最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶20(g/ml),回流时间1h,回流次数1次;在此条件下,总黄酮含量最高为3.108 6%;总黄酮的标准曲线为Y=25.455X+ 0.004 7,R2=0.9998;制得的口服液外观呈棕黄色的澄清液体,久置可有少量轻摇易散的沉淀;味甜.[结论]该工艺简便,制成成品质量稳定.%[Objective] To discuss the preparation technology of Chrysanthemum oral solution. [ Method] Taking the contenl of total flavonoids as index, the extraction technology of Chrysanthemum was optimized by means of L9(34) orthogonal experiment with ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, reflux time, and reflux times as investigated factors. The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectro-photometry. The Chrysanthemum extract was filtered, concentrated, diluted with water, filtered with the aid of talcum powder, and finally blended with other auxiliary materials to prepare Chrysanthemum oral solution. [Results] The optimal extraction technology was: ethanol concentration of 60% , solid-liquid ratio of 1: 20 g/ml, reflux time of 1 h, and reflux times of 1. Under this condition, the content of total flaovnoids could reach 3.1086%. The regression equation of total flavonoids was Y = 25. 455X+0. 004 7, R2 = 0. 999 8. The prepared oral solution was a kind of brown, transparent and sweel liquid, in which there would be little sediment over a long time. [ Conclusion] This is a simple technology, by which stable finished products are prepared.
