[目的]优化霍山石斛多糖的超声提取工艺条件.[方法]采用响应面法,研究料液比、提取时间和超声功率对多糖得率的影响.[结果]最佳提取条件为;料液比1∶10(g/ml)、提取时间30 min、超声功率250 W;在此条件下,霍山石斛多糖的提取得率达到28.02%.[结论]该方法优化了霍山石斛多糖的超声提取工艺条件,为霍山石斛多糖的开发利用提供了依据.%[ Objective] To optimize the extract technology of polysaccharides from Dendrobium huoskanense. [ Method] Effects of solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and ultrasonic power on the extraction rate of polysaccharides from D. huoskanense were studied by response surface method. [Result] The optimal extraction condition was as follows: 1:10 (g/ml) solid-liquid ratio, 30 min extraction lime, and 250 W ultrasonic power. Under this condition, the extraction rate of polysaccharides from D. huoshanense reached 28. 02% . [ Conclusion ] this method optimized the ultrasonic assisted extraction of polysaccharides from D. huoshanense, which provided references for the development and utilization of polysaccharides in D. huoshanense.
