运用DMAIC方法对制丝车间加工质量存在的缺陷进行改进,主要对影响加工质量的切丝含水率和筒壁温度参数进行分析与优化,以提高控制水平.结果发现,烟丝加工质量中的百万机会缺陷数( ppm)由改进前的30 000降低为2 500,节约成本105.7万元,为消费者提供了更加合格的产品.%The DMAIC project methodology was adopted to improve cut tobacco processing quality,and the moisture content of cut tobacco andrncylinder wall temperature parameters were analyzed and optimized to improve the control level. The results showed that the ppm of cut tobaccornprocessing quality reduced from 30 000 to 2 500, which cut down the coats of 1.057 million Yuan and supplied the customers with high-qualityrnproducts.
