迎春花叶挥发油主要成分的相对含量5~8月变化规律

         

摘要

[Objective] To analyze the chemcial constituents of essential oils in J. nudiflorum leaves from May to August, and investigate the changes of their relative content, so as to provide some useful information for developing the medicinal value of J. nudiflorum. [Method] The essential oils were firstly extracted by steam distillation, and then analyzed and identified by GC-MS. The components were quantitatively determined with normalization method. [Result] The component and relative content of the volatile oil were notably varied in different months. The same compounds were as follows: 3-hexen-1-ol, linalool, 2-hexen-1-ol, alpha-terpineol, nerolidol, neryl alcohol and damascenone. [Conclusion] The best pinking time of J. nudiflorum was in June and July. The fifteen same compounds mentioned previously may be the diagnostic components in this medicinal material.%[目的]分析5-8月份的迎春花叶中挥发油的化学成分,考察主要成分相对含量的动态变化,为迎春叶药用价值的开发提供依据.[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油并通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其成分进行分析和鉴定,然后用归一化法测定其成分的相对百分含量.[结果]4个月份的迎春花叶中所共有的挥发油成分为青叶醇、芳樟醇、2-己烯-1-醇、α-松油醇、橙花叔醇、橙花醇和大马士酮等,但在化学组成和相对含量上有很大差别.[结论]迎春花叶的最佳采摘期为6~7月份;青叶醇、芳樟醇、2-己烯-1-醇、α-松油醇、橙花叔醇、橙花醇和大马士酮等共有成分可作为该植物的指纹性成分.
