丹参的提取工艺研究

         

摘要

[Objective] To optimize the extraction technology of RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE. [Method] The CO2 supercritical rat-traction and ethanoi extraction conditions of RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE were optimized by the uniform experiment with the contents of tanshinone II A, salvianolic acid B and total phenolic acids as the investigation index. [ Result] C0; supercritical fluid extraction process was; 25 Mpa of pressure, 40 ℃ of temperature, 2h of extraction time, and 10:3 (g/ml) of solid-liquid ratio, under these conditions, the transfer rate of tanshinone II A was 69.03%. The best ethanoi extraction conditions were 1:11 (g/ml) of solid-liquid ratio, 30% ethanoi concentration, three times of reflux and 0. 5 h duration. [ Conclusion] The optimized conditions are reasonable, 9lable and applicable to the extraction of RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE.%[目的]优选丹参的提取工艺条件.[方法]采用均匀试验设计方法,以丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B和总酚酸量为考察指标,优选丹参的超临界萃取及醇提工艺条件.[结果]丹参的最佳超临界萃取条件为:萃取压力25 Mpa,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间2h,料液比为10∶3(g/ml);在此条件下,丹参酮ⅡA的转移率为69.03%.丹参的最佳醇提条件为:料液比1∶11(g/ml),乙醇浓度30%,回流3次,每次0.5h.[结论]优化后的工艺合理、稳定、可行,适于丹参的提取.
