The seven tools of Quality Control (QC) were widely used in quality management of the corporation. For food factory, the control of food safety hazards is the most basic work. In the hazards analysis and critical control point system (HACCP system) , the hazards analysis and evaluation were conducted for every possible aspect of all hazards f the critical control points were determined and then a monitoring system was established and so on to ensure the food safety. Meanwhile, since pests propose a major threat of food safety and ediblity 5 the pest control is also the management point of the HACCP system. With the seven tools of QC applied to this point, pest control will be more scientific and the management will be more purpose-oriented to strengthen the effect of pest control and ensure food safety.%质量管理(QC)七大工具广泛地运用于企业内部的质量管理工作.就食品企业而言,对食品安全危害的控制是最基本的工作.在食品危害分析与关键控制点体系(HACCP体系)中,通过对每一环节可能出现的所有危害开展危害分析、评估,确定关键控制点,对每个关键控制点建立监测系统等一系列的措施来确保食品安全.与此同时,由于害虫对食品安全和适宜食用性构成了主要威胁,因此害虫控制也是危害分析与关键控制点体系需关注的管理点.针对这一管理点应用质量管理(QC)七大工具的方法,将害虫控制更加科学化,管理更有目的性,加强虫害控制效果,确保食品安全.
