The life, production status, operation and existing problems of support in late-stage of reservoir resettlement vulnerable groups were analyzed, the specific support countermeasures and advices were put forward, including perfecting security mechanism and demand expressing mechanism, providing special skill training, establishing village-level nets, developing charity mutual support measures, improving the comprehensive quality and basic production skills of vulnerable groups, which aimed to improve their life quality, promote social stability and development.%笔者分析研究了水库移民中弱势群体生活、生产现状以及水库移民后期扶持政策的实施情况和存在的问题,提出了对弱势群体具体帮扶的措施与建议,通过完善水库移民中弱势群体保障体制及需求表达机制、提供专门技能培训、建立村级互助网、发展慈善事业等后扶措施,提高移民特别是其中弱势群体的综合素质和基本生产技能,进一步改善他们的生活质量,尽快实现脱贫致富的目标,促进社会的稳定与发展.
