低碳农业是以低消耗、低污染、低排放为基础的现代农业,是应对气候变暖的必然选择.农业作为国民经济的基础产业,应积极响应控制气候变暖的低碳经济.为引领低碳农业科学发展,分析了低碳农业内涵和发展低碳农业的必要性,在此基础上,提出了地方政府在推进低碳农业发展方面的具体措施.%Low-carbon agriculture is modern agriculture with low-consumption, low- pollution and low-emission, which is an inevitably choice to cope with climate warming. As the fundamental industry of national economy, agriculture should actively respond to low-carbon economy which could control climate warming. In order to lead the scientific development of low-carbon agriculture, the paper analyzes the connotation and necessity of low-carbon agriculture, based on which some concrete measures of local government in promoting low-carbon agriculture were put forward.
