Choosing Beijing government portal as our research object, the results of the empirical analysis manifested that citizens' trust in government and information quality have significant effects on citizen's sustainable trust in government portal, system quality and service quality positively influence citizen's satisfaction, and citizen's satisfaction and sustainable trust in government portal influence citizen' s intention to use government portal.
