[ Objective ] The aim was to optimize the liquid fermentation culture conditioas for P. polymyxa. [ Method ] By single test and orthogonal test, the liquid-state fermentation culture conditions for P. polymyxa were determined. [ Result ] The optimum medium component and culture conditions for P. polymyxa were as follow: Potato250.0 g/L, sugar 20.0 g/L, com flour 30.0 g/L, NaNO3 1.0g/L, ( NH4 ) 2 SO4 1.5 g/L, KH2PO4 1.0 g/L,pH6.5, culture medium amount 100 mL/250 mi (V/V) flask, inoculum 5% ( V/V), culture temperature 37 ℃,shake rotation 150 r/min, fermentati-on period 72 h. [ Conclusion ] The study can provide reference for industrial production of P. polymyxa.%[目的]优化多黏芽孢杆菌(Paenibacilus polymyxa)液态发酵的条件.[方法]在单因素试验基础上,栗用正交试验对多黏芽孢杆菌液态发酵培养条件进行优化.[结果]确定的最佳培养基配方和培养条件为:马铃薯250.0 g/L,白砂糖20.0g/L,玉米粉30.0 g/L,NaNO1.0 g/L,(NH)SO1.5 g/L,KHPO1.0g/L,pH6.5,装液量100 ml/250 ml(V/V),接种量5%(WV),培养温度37℃,摇床转速150 r/min,培养周期72 h.[结论]该研究可为工业化生产多黏芽孢杆菌提供参考.
