结合农村中小学教育教学实践,针对农村中小学教师教育技术能力初级培训与中级培训存在的共同性与差异性,指出了培训层次的差异导致培训对象的差异,因地制宜、因人而异,合理选择初级培训或中级培训模式,提升自身教育技术能力,有利于提高参加培训的农村中小学教师的整体教学能力.%Combining with teaching practice in rural primary and secondary education, and in response to the similarities and differences in the primary and secondary school teachers for rural primary education, differences of training levels led to the differences of training target. Taking actions that suit local circumstances and people, primary and mid-level training modes were selected reasonably so as to improve their education technology ability and enhance overall teaching ability of middle and elementary school teachers.
