HPLC法测定盘龙七中岩白菜素的含量

         

摘要

[目的]建立盘龙七中岩白菜素含量的测定方法.[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,以Kromasil-C18为色谱柱(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(V/V,10∶90)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为275 nm,柱温为35℃,测定盘龙七中岩白菜素的含量.[结果]岩白菜素在0.248 ~1.240 μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.997 9),平均回收率为100.95%,RSD为2.47%(n=6).[结论]该方法处理简单,重复性好,结果准确,可用于盘龙七中岩白菜素的含量测定.%[Objective] The aim was to establish a method to determine the content of bergenin in Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae by HPLC. [Method] The research was carried out on Kromasil - C18 column (4. 6 mm x 150 mm, 5 jun ). And the mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0.2% phosphoric acid (10:90) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 275 nm. Thus, the content of bergenin in Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae was detected. [Result] Bergenin showed good linear relationship between the range of 0.248 and 1.240 μg/ml(r =0.997 9); and the average recovery was 100.95% with RSD = 2.47% (n =6). [Conclusion] This method was simple, reproducible and could be used for the quality control of Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae.
