[Objective] The adventitious bud inducement differentiation was optimized in order to provide the technical reference for tissue culture and rapid propagation of the wild Rosa hugonis in vitro. [ Method ] Effects of the adventitious bud inducement differentiation of the wild yellow rose were studied in field experiment by adopting different influence factors using the uniform design experiment and path analysis. [ Result] The best theory combination levels influencing differentiation rate were 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.50 mg/L + CPPU 0. 3 mg/L, the importance were NAA(X2) >6-BA(X2) >CPPU(X3), the standard regression equation was Y =0.619 5X1 +0.568 6X2 -0.362 8X3, it was statistics significance. [Conclusion] It was deserved to be used and successful in optimization on adventitious bud inducement differentiation of the yellow wild Rosa hugonis using uniform design experiment and path analysis.%[目的]优化野生黄蔷薇不定芽的分化,为野生黄蔷薇的组织培养与离体快繁提供技术参考.[方法]利用均匀设计试验,采取不同的影响因素对野生黄蔷薇不定芽进行诱导分化,并对结果进行了通径分析.[结果]影响分化率(Y)的3个因素的最佳理论组合水平是:6-BA(X1)1.0 m//L,NAA(X2)0.50 mg/L,CPPU(X3)0.3 mg/L,重要性依次为NAA >6-BA> CPPU,标准回归方程为Y=0.619 5X1+0.568 6X2 -0.362 8X3,具有统计学意义.[结论]均匀设计方案与通径分析在优化野生黄蔷薇不定芽分化方面的应用是成功的,值得在植物组织培养方面推广应用.
