[Objective]To optimize the extraction and purification technology of dihynramyncetin from Ampelopns grossedentata. [ Method J Dihydromyricetin was extracted from Ampelopsis grossedentata with water as extracting agent, then purified and determined, the extraction conditions were optimized through single factor test and orthogonal experiment, [ Result] The optimum extraction conditions were: extracting temperature was 90 ℃ , solid-liquid ratio 1:10 and extracting time 60 min, under which the yield of dihydromyricetin was the largest, the purity of total flavonoide increased from 68.51% to 91.0% after S times re-crystallization. [Conclusion] The extraction and purification technology of dihydromyricetin was simple and affordable with convenient source of materials, therefore it had broad prospect in producing antioxidant.%[目的]优化显齿蛇葡萄中二氢杨梅素的提取纯化工艺.[方法]采用水提法从显齿蛇葡萄中提取二氢杨梅素,并对二氢杨梅素进行了纯化和检测.通过单因素试验和正交试验优化工艺提取条件.[结果]最佳工艺条件为:提取温度为90℃,料液比为1∶10(g:ml),提取时间为60min,在此工艺条件下,二氢杨梅素的得率最大1重结晶5次后总黄酮纯度由原来的68.51%提高至91.0%.[结论]该二氢杨梅素的提取纯化工艺简单,成本低、原料采源易,作为抗氧化剂生产工艺前景看好.
