粉锈宁与氮肥运筹对弱筋小麦宁麦9号籽粒产量和品质的影响

         

摘要

[目的]探讨能实现宁麦9号优质高产的氮肥运筹和粉锈宁使用方法.[方法]以宁麦9号为材料,采用二因素随机区组设计,通过田间试验研究了粉锈宁和氮肥运筹对小麦籽粒产量和品质的影响.[结果]在抽穗期和灌浆期分别喷洒1次粉锈宁处理的产量最高.在不喷洒粉锈宁的条件下,处理B_0N_2的产量显著高于处理B_0N_1和B_0N_3.在喷洒1次粉锈宁的条件下,处理B1N2的产量最高,为6 060.0 kg/hm~2,处理B_1N_3的产量最低.在喷洒2次粉锈宁的条件下,处理B_2N_1和B_2N_2的产量显著高于处理B_2N_3.不同处理间出粉率、白度、蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、面团吸水率、形成时间、稳定时间和弱化度的相对变幅分别为1.8%、1.8%、18.0%、65.0%、8.9%、53.3%、21.0%和23.8%.[结论]该试验为实现宁麦9号的标准化生产和建立弱筋小麦的优质高产生产技术体系提供了依据.%[Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the nitrogen management and usage of triadimefon, which could realize the high quality and yield of Ningmai 9. [Method] With Ningmai 9 as material, the effects of triadimefon and nitrogen management on the grain yield and quality of wheat were researched through the field experiment with 2- factor randomized block design. [Result] The yield of the treatment with spraying triadimefon for once in heading stage and filling stage resp. was highest. Without spraying triadimefon, the yield of Treatment B_0N_2 was significantly higher than that of Treatment B_0N_1 and B_0N_3. With spraying triadimefon for once, the yield of Treatment B_1N_2 was highest, being 6 060.0 kg/hm~2 and that of Treatment B_1N_3 was lowest. With spraying triadimefon for twice, the yields of Treatment B_2N_1 and B_2N_2 were significantly higher than that of Treatment B_2N_3. The relative variable amplitudes of flour milling percentage, whiteness degree, protein content, wet gluten content, water absorption rate of flour dough, forming time, stabilization time and softening degree among different treatments were 1.8%, 1.8%, 18.0%, 65.0%, 8.9%, 53.3%, 21.0% and 23.8% resp. [Conclusion] The experiment supplied basis for realizing the standard production of Ningmai 9 and establishing the high-quality and-yield production technique system of weak gluten wheat.
