放线菌GZ933菌株代谢产物的抗菌活性研究

         

摘要

[目的]对GZ933菌株发酵产物的杀菌活性进行了离体测定.[方法]采用抑制菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法测定菌株发酵产物对植物病原菌的生物活性.[结果]GZ933发酵产物对油菜菌核病菌、辣椒疫霉病菌、番茄灰霉病菌菌丝生长的EC_(50)分别为183.96、128.43和117.39 mg/L;对葡萄白腐病菌和黄瓜霜霉病菌孢子萌发的EC_(50)分别为133.46和188.73 mg/L.[结论]GZ933菌株对许多植物病原菌具有较好的抗菌活性,有很高的推广和应用价值.%[Objective] The paper aimed to determine the vitro of fungicidal activity of GZ933 strain fermentation products. [Method] Bioactivity of strain fermentation products to plant pathogen determined by methods of inhibit mycelial growth rate and spores germination. [Result] Fermentation products had high inhibition against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,Phytophthora.capsici and Botrytis cintrea respectively. And the EC_(50) values was 183.96,128.43 and 117.39 mg/L; the spore germination experiments exhibited that the fermentation products of GZ933 had high inhibition against Pseudoperonospora cubensis and Blumeria guaminis ,and the EC_(50) values was 133.46 and 188.73 mg/L. [Conclusion] GZ933 fermentation products had intensive antifungal activity against plant pathogens and had the best worthiness of popularization and application.
