Through the methods of questionnaire, interview, literatures, mathematics and inspection, the paper carried out the investigation and analysis of the present situation of Wuhu university students' physical training.The results showed that the consciousness of Wuhu university students' participation in sports is strong. The male and female students differ in exercise time, number and project. The sports ground, dormitory, the school open area are the main places for their exercises. The insufficient ground equipments, no time and no instruction are the main reasons that affect Wuhu university students' participation in physical training.%通过问卷调查法、访谈法、文献资料法、数理统计法、观察法等方法对芜湖市高校学生体育锻炼现状进行了调查与研究,结果表明:芜湖市高校大学生参与体育活动的意识较强,男女生锻炼时间、次数、活动项目等有所不同;运动场地、宿舍和校园空地是活动的主要场所.场地器材不足、没有时间、无人指导等原因是影响芜湖市大学生参加体育锻炼的主要因素.
