目的：优选滁菊总黄酮提取纯化工艺条件。方法：以滁菊总黄酮含量为考察指标，采用正交试验设计法优选滁菊总黄酮提取的工艺条件；比较D-101型大孔树脂优选滁菊总黄酮纯化的工艺条件。结果：最佳提取工艺条件为70％乙醇，料液比l：20，提取时间为1．5h，提取温度为60℃；最佳纯化工艺条件为上样液浓度29．75mg／mL，70％乙醇为洗脱剂，流速1BV／h，洗脱剂用量120mL。结论：本方法可以作为滁菊总黄酮提取和纯化的工艺条件。%Objective:To optimize the extraction and purification technology of total flavonoids in Chu chrysanthe- mum. Methods: Single factor and orthogonal experiment design were used to optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids in Chu chrysanthemum ; D - 101 resin was used to optimize the purification technology of total fla- vonoids in Chu chrysanthemum. Results :The optimum extraction conditions are 70% alocohol, 1:20 dosage liq- uor ratio ,1.5h extraction time,60℃ extraction temperature; The optimum purification condition are 29.75mg/ mL sample concentration, 70% eluting reagent concentration, 1BV/h flow rate, 120mL eluting reagent dosage. Conclusion:The condition can be used as extraction and purification technology of total flavonoids in Chu chrys- anthemum.
