采用撞击法和沉降法分别对安庆市主要不同功能区的冬季空气微生物（细菌）进行采样和监测，参考大气微生物评价分级标准，对安庆市主要功能区冬季空气微生物污染状况进行了检测和评价。结果表明：安庆市不同功能区冬季空气微生物状况总体较好，但华茂垃圾中转站属于中度污染，工农街菜市场和客运中心站属污染级别。对两种方法捕获效果进行了比较，撞击法和自然沉降法测得空气细菌总数间存在显著的正的线性相关关系（r＝0．9112， p＜0．05），撞击法比自然沉降法捕获效率更高。%Refer to the classification standard of air microbiology valuation , the thesis monitored and evaluated the condition of winter air microbiology(bacteria) pollution of the main function districts in Anqing City by using the impacting method and the sedimentation method .The evaluation results:the total condition is better , but the rubbish transfer station of hua -mao belongs to moderate pollution lever, the vegetable market of gong-nong street and the key station of passenger transport belong to pollution lever.By means of the effects of the two air sampling methods are contrasted,we can draw the following conclusions:there is a sig-nificant correlation between the bacterial counts collected by sedimentation and impacting methods(r=0.9112, p <0.05). Compared with sedimentation method , the impacting method has better efficiency .
