示范性高职建设是我国高等职业教育改革的重要组成部分。以福建省11所示范性高职院校为研究对象，建立了以办学条件、师资建设作为投入指标，人才培养成果、社会服务能力作为产出指标的指标体系，运用 SE -DEA对这些高职院校效率进行了横向和纵向评价。结果显示，示范性建设具有正面的指导意义，同时，资源的合理配置和适当的评估指标改革是提升示范性高职院校效率的重要途径。%The demonstration of higher occupation education plays an important role in the higher education reformation . Based on the data of 11 occupation schools in Fujian province, we set up an index system in which their input indexes are school and teacher conditions and the output are the ability of personal training and community service .By valuing the schools in the way of SE-DEA, the result shows that the rational allocation of resources and evaluation reform is of great importance .
