“工作坊”人才培养模式的四个一体和四个真实

     

摘要

分析了我国在引进和借鉴德国双元制职业教育模式遇到的问题,设计了将企业建在学校,将车间建成教研室,骨干教师担任企业骨干,学生充当学徒,师生共同完成企业运作并同时完成生产教学的“工作坊”人才培养模式,研究了“工作坊”人才培养模式运行过程中学校和企业的一体化、师生关系和师徒关系的一体化、理论课程和实训课程的一体化、考试与职业资格鉴定的一体化以及采用真实的工作任务、工作情境、企业运作和产品开展教学等问题。%The paper analyzes the problems of bringing in and learning from the German Dual System of vocational education mode and designs the talent cultivation mode "Workshop".That is building the factory in the school and building the workshop in-to the teaching and research department.The key teachers hold the post of factory backbones;students act as apprentices;teachers and students complete the factory operation and the production teaching at the same time .Also it researches the integration of the following: such as the factory and the school, the teacher-student relationship and the master -apprentice relationship, the theo-ry courses and the training courses, the examination and the professional qualifications.It also includes the issues of carrying out teaching by using the real working task, the working situation, the enterprise operation and products.
