Improving the quality of the graduates ’ employment is a major issue to promote the sustainable development of higher education .Through the survey of graduates ’ career planning ,we sum up the new demands of graduates ’ career develop-ment in the new era .Through the analysis of graduates ’ employment status ,we find a few core issues of the employment status . Aimed to the high quality employments ,three new employment countermeasures are proposed ,and it provides a new way for graduates’ training and employment .%提高大学生就业质量，是推进高等教育可持续发展的一项重大课题。通过对大学生的职业规划的调查，总结了新时期大学生对职业发展的新诉求。通过对大学生就业现状的分析，找出了当前大学生就业现状的几个核心问题。以高质量的就业为落脚点，提出了三种新的就业对策，为高校的大学生培养和就业提供了新的思路。
