目的 分析分泌性中耳炎(SOM)儿童治疗前后畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)的结果.方法 对235例(442耳)分泌性中耳炎患儿(SOM组)于置管前及置管后第1天、置管后1周行DPOAE测试,并与123例(246耳)正常儿童(对照组)进行比较.结果 SOM组患儿置管前DPOAE引出率和幅值均较对照组低,置管后第1天即有提高,在1 560、4 416 Hz处引出率升高明显,在1 105、1 560、2 211、4 416 Hz处幅值显著升高,与术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).置管后1周DPOAE引出率和幅值进一步升高,与术前比较,引出率在783、1 560、2 211、4 416 Hz及幅值在783~4 416 Hz差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 SOM患儿置管后一周内DPOAE引出率和幅值均逐渐提高.%Objective To analyse the result of distortion product otoacoustic emissions on children with tym-panotomy tube insertion. Methods 235 patients (442 ears) with SOM were selected and recorded the DPOAE audio gram with Smart OAE 4. 24 otodymic analyser before, one day after and one week after tube insertion. 123 normal subjects(246 ears) were selected as control. Results The eliciting rate and amplitude increased after tube insertion. The differences at 1105. 1560,2211, 4416 Hz were statistically significant . The amplitude increased one week later. Conclusion The eliciting rate and amplitude of DPOAE increased gradually after tympanotomy tube insertion in children with SOM.
