涡流工具在苏77区块的应用研究

     

摘要

随着苏77区块单井开采时间的增加,大部分单井的产量递减严重,而苏77区块的水气比较高,达到1.2 m3/万 m3,40%的单井产量在5000 m3/d以下,携液能力不足,导致气井井筒积液。井底积液造成气井产气量的减少甚至停喷,严重影响气田的高效开发,降低了气井的稳产期和气藏的最终采收率。其有效措施之一就是在井下安装高效的涡流工具。通过对涡流排水采气的发展历程和涡流工具工作原理进行详细的介绍,并对苏77区块苏77-4-4和苏77-4-6井的实验进行观察。结果表明,涡流工具良好的排水效果为提升本区块气井的排水效果指明了方向。%As the extractive time of single-well in Su 77 block increases,the production of most single-wells declines seriously.The current situation that the moisture of Su 77 block reaches 1.2 party per ten thousand party,and the production of forty percent is less than 5000 party per day, results in the facts that the fluid-carrying capacity of single-well is deficient and liquid loading of shaft is serious.Liquid loading in the bottom hole cause these gas wells to reduce,or even suspend producing,which have a strong negative impact on the efficient exploitation of gas field, the stable production period of gas wells,and the ultimate recovery factor of gas pools.One of effective measures is to install efficient eddy tool under the well.The thesis verifies good drainage effect of eddy tool through detailed production of eddy water drainage,introduces the gas collection history and eddy tool’s working principle,and observes the functioning of Su 77-4-4 and Su 77-4-6 well in Su 77 block.The research provides good guidance for promoting the drainage effect of gas well in this block.
