基于振动监测的海上油田主海水泵故障诊断分析

     

摘要

主海水泵是某海上浮式生产储油船(FPSO)上的关键动设备。由于受船体变形和海水腐蚀,加之机组采用刚性底座及进出口管线应力等影响,机组振动值异常突出,故障频发。采用常规定期离线监测,通过频谱分析技术及振动幅值规律研究诊断主海水泵故障。结果显示振动监测分析可以有效实现设备状态预知性维修,预防恶性事故发生,解决了海上油田动设备故障。%The main sea water pump is the key equipment on the floating production storage and offloading(FPSO).Due to the hull deformation as well as the stress of the import and export pipelines after adopting the rigid base,the unit’s horizontal vibration value is abnormaly high, and has frequent malfunction. The fault of the main sea water pump is diagnosed by the conventional regular off-line monitoring and the technology of patterns and vibration amplitude spectrum analysis.The result shows that the vibration monitoring and analysis can be effective to realize the predictive maintenance and repair,prevent malignant accidents,and solve the offshore oil field equipment failure.
