The egg market is a significant agricultural product market. Its stability is not only related to the stability of farmers and consumers , also related to poultry and even to the agricultural markets. This paper draws a conclusion on the characteristics of fluctuations in the price of eggs: the prices increase for long—term and the obvious cyclical fluctuation for short—term according to the egg market price data in the 21st century and the wave theory. This paper also presents some policy suggestions.%鸡蛋市场是中国重要的农副产品市场,其稳定性不仅关系到养殖户、居民消费者的稳定,同样也关系到中国禽蛋市场以至于农产品市场的稳定.根据21世纪以来鸡蛋市场价格数据以及相关波动理论,得出鸡蛋价格的波动特征:长期表现为价格增长,短期呈现明显的周期性波动,并且对鸡蛋价格的月度数据以及日变化数据进行分析研究,并结合其波动特征,最后提出一些政策性建议.
