面向施工过程模拟研究的自锚式悬索桥试验模型设计与有效性评价

         

摘要

In order to solve the problem of efficacy of the test model oriented to the self-anchored suspension bridge's construction process simulation research, an under-construction self-anchored suspension bridge was taken as a prototype. A 1/20-scale model bridge was designed and manufactured. The effectiveness of the model bridge was evaluated by the finite element analysis method. Counterweight and test scheme was designed, and then, the erection line type of cable and dynamic characteristics of main tower were tested and analyzed based on the test scheme. Numerical analysis and test results show that the test results of the erection line type of cable and the dynamic parameters of the main tower coincide well with the design value, and the test model is effective.%为解决自锚式悬索桥施工过程模拟研究中试验模型的有效性问题,以某在建自锚式悬索桥结构为原型,设计制作了该桥的1/20缩尺模型,利用有限元方法对模型桥的有效性进行了评价;设计了模型桥的配重和测试方案,并依据测试方案对模型桥的空缆线形和主塔动力特性进行测试与分析。结果表明:试验模型的空缆线形和主塔动力特性测试结果与理论设计结果吻合良好,试验模型设计有效。
