On the basis of the perspective of Grice′s cooperative Principle ( CP) ,it probed into the humor-ous dialogues in this paper taking from the current American sitcom "Mom",and the verbal humor was discussed arising from the violation of CP and the reasons of causing humor .It proved that the deliberating violation of CP can bring humorous effects in some degree ,and provide a new theoretical perspective for audience to understand humor in sitcom Mom.%从Grice的合作原则角度出发，以当前热播的美国情景喜剧《极品老妈》中的幽默对话为语料，分析了因违反合作原则而产生的言语幽默现象以及幽默的成因，从而表明在会话交际中适当地违反合作原则可以产生特殊的幽默效果，同时帮助观众从全新视角更好地理解情景喜剧《极品老妈》中的言语幽默。
