温度胁迫薰衣草花精气挥发的机理分析

         

摘要

对薰衣草花进行5、25、45、50、60℃的温度胁迫处理后,测定其PAL、LOX、DXS酶活性与MDA、细胞膜透性等生理指标,以检验薰衣草在不同温度胁迫下生理生化变化规律与温度胁迫精气挥发之间的关联,为生产实践中提高植物精气产量、定向和定量利用某种组分提供理论依据.结果显示:经温度处理,合成薰衣草花17种挥发性有机物的3类关键酶的活性拐点温度均为45℃.其中,LOX酶随处理温度的变化规律,与从薰衣草花中检测出的醇类化合物和酯类化合物随处理温度的变化规律是一致的..而PAL酶和DXS酶随处理温度的变化规律,与从薰衣草花中检测出的苯丙烷类化合物和单萜类化合物随处理温度的变化规律相反,它们在45℃时活性最低.这可能与酶常常能够催化正逆两个方向的反应有关.研究还发现,MDA含量的高低和细胞膜透性变化可能是反映植物精气挥发强弱的重要指标,它们的拐点温度也是45℃.结果表明,温度是影响植物精气挥发的一个重要作用因子.%The temperature experiments on Lavandula angustifolia Mill. Flower at 5 ℃ , 25 ℃, 45 ℃ , 50 ℃ , 60 ℃ were conducted, the physiological indexes such as PAL, LOX, DXPS enzyme activity and MDA, membrane permeability were determined in order to detect the relation between L. angustifolia physical and chemical changing law and vaporization of phyfoncidere so as to bring about theoretical support for the production and traction utilization. The experiment results show the activated inflection points of 3 key enzymes in 17 VOCs were all found at 45℃ . The variability of LOX was the same as compound of sterol and ester identified in Lavandula angustifolia, while the variability of FAL and DXPS were found with the lowest activity at 45℃, different from henylpropane compound and monoterpene compound found in Lavandula angustifolia. Most probably it was due to the fact that enzyme had the 2 opposing catalysis. The experiments also show that the content of MDA and membrane permeability greatly affected the vaporization of phytoncidere and they also had the inflection point at 45 ℃ . It's proved that temperature is a key influence on the vaporization of the plant.
