高校思政课教师是一支承担重要使命的特殊教师队伍，而能否承担起历史使命的关键在于其综合素养是否过关。本文抓住“综合素养”这一核心，按照系统化的逻辑构架，从新世纪、新形势对思政课教师综合素养提出的新要求、新挑战入手，概括综合素养的内涵与表征，总结近年来队伍建设的成就与经验，剖析一直存在的主要问题及其成因，提出切实解决问题的某些举措。%The College ideological and political teachers made up a special teacher team which takes an important mission in University education .The key whether they could take historic mission depends on their overall quality level which could be passed or not .This text had a strong hold over the “Overall Quality”, According to the systematic logic structure , from new requirements and challenges in the new century to college ideological and political teachers ’ overall quality .The text epitomized the connotation and features of teachers ’ o-verall quality, summarized the achievements and experiences with team construction in recent years , analyzed the questions which have been existing and figured out the reason , Putted forward to some actual measures to solve the problem .
