银屑病动物模型的研究进展

         

摘要

总结当前银屑病动物模型,以及分析其各自原理、特点、优势和局限性发现:自发性突变鼠模型在研究中极少使用;生物医学型动物模型广泛应用于药物疗效评价;药物诱发性动物模型适宜在普通实验室推广应用;基因工程动物模型适合有条件的工作者选用;复合动物模型有利于研究银屑病发病机制的复合机制;异体移植动物模型因客观条件限制了推广应用;中医特定证型银屑病动物模型为中医工作者的研究提供了理想的模型.银屑病动物模型种类较多,但各自特点突出,因此研究者需要根据研究目的 恰当选取实验模型.%Psoriasis is a chronic recurrent inflammatory dermatosis involved in genetic, immune, infection and other factorse, which etiology and pathogenesis is not yet fully clear. In clinical studies, animal models are widely used.Through reviewing the related papers and summarizing the current psoriasis animal models with analyzing their respective principles, characteristics, advantages and limitations, we get the conclusion that spontaneous mutant rat models are rarely used in research; biomedical animal models are widely used in the evaluation of drug efficacy;drug-induced animal models are suitable for general laboratories; genetic engineering animal models are suitable for conditional workers. Allogeneic animal model is limited by the objective conditions to promote the application;TCM syndrome type psoriasis-like animal model is suitable for the study of Chinese medicine workers. Therefore researchers need to properly select the experimental model according to the purpose of their study and characteristics of animal models.
