基于ZF01数传模块的无线多点温度采集系统设计

         

摘要

The traditional multi-point temperature measurements have many defects, such as the complex interconnection, the high demand for measurement environment. Because of the advantages of easy installation, small impact on the measuring environment, network flexible, the wireless multi-point temperature acquisition system using wireless communication technology has wide application value in the environment which needs multi-point temperature acquisition. This paper describes a wireless multi-point temperature acquisition system controlled by single chip microcomputer (SCM ) based on wireless data transmission module ZF01 and digital temperature sensor DS18B20, and we also provide the system block diagram, principle diagram of the hardware circuit and the software flow chart. This system uses a TFT liquid crystal display touch screen as the man-machine interface, and SD card to save measure data. It is very easy to use, and has achieved good effect through the actual application.%传统的多点温度测量存在着连线复杂、对测量环境要求高的缺点.采用无线通信技术构成的无线多点温度测量系统,由于具有安装方便、对测量环境影响小、组网灵活等优点,在需要多点温度测量的场合具有广泛的应用价值.本文详细介绍了单片机控制的基于无线数据传输模块ZF01和数字温度传感器DS18B20的无线多点温度采集系统,给出了系统框图、硬件电路原理图及软件流程图.本系统采用TFT液晶触摸屏作为人机界面,采用SD卡存储测量数据,使用便捷,通过实际应用,取得了良好的效果.
