目的：：对正畸治疗的青少年患者口腔功能及心理状况进行测评分析,探讨正畸治疗对青少年错合畸形患者生活质量的影响。方法：随机选择208例接受正畸治疗的青少年患者进行问卷调查,在治疗前、治疗中及治疗后分别采用《口腔相关生活质量调查表OHIP-14(中文版)》对患者进行测评,并对他们在量表上的得分进行比较。结果：矫治中患者的OHIP总得分明显高于治疗前及治疗后的患者(F1=55.33,P1=0.00；F2=55.14,P2=0.00)。结论：正畸治疗影响青少年患者的生活质量,主要表现为生理心理不适、社交障碍等维度,这有助于医师对患者进行心理指导,使其积极接受治疗。%Obj ective:To evaluate the oral function and psychological state of teenager patients who are undergoing orthodontic treatment by using OHIP and to explore the impact of orthodontic treatment on their quality of life.Methods:We randomly selected sample of 208 teenagers who were undergoing orthodontic treatment and asked them to complete the questionnaire of the Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP-14)before, during and after their orthodontic treatment.Then we compared their scorces on the profile.Results:Scores of patients who were undergoing or-thodontic treatment were significantly higher than that of patients before and after treatment(F1=55.33,P1=0.00;F2=55.14,P2=0.00). Conclusion:Orthodontic treatment does affect teenager patients ’quality of life and its impacts mainly include physical and psychological discomfort and impaired social interaction.Therefore,dentists should conduct psychology guidance and encourage their teenage patients to face orthodontic treatment positively.
