学科建设是高等学校工作的核心和学校发展的根本，是学校办学水平和层次的体现。基于转型视阈下重新定位新建本科院校的学科建设，分析现阶段地方院校学科建设存在的问题，提出新建地方本科院校学科建设的有效途径：转变观念，服务地方经济发展；优化专业结构，促进学科建设；合理规划学科，建设重点学科，加强学术团队；加强科研项目成功申报，促进学科建设；构建产学研一体化，保障学科建设的发展。%Disciplinary construction is the core work and basis of higher education, and also the embodiment of level of school running.
