In order to study the effects of PBL and LBL teaching methods of biochemistry teaching, we randomly selected two classes of 2010 grade clinical undergraduate as the subjects of the experiment.The experimental group (186 people) uses the PBL teaching method and the control group (195 people) uses the LBL teaching method. We use the questionnaire survey and the final test to evaluate the teaching effect.As a result, 95%of the students in experimental group are in favor of PBL teaching, and the final average score is higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (p<0.01). So PBL teaching method could not only effectively improve the students' ability of autonomous learning and intrigue students' desire to explore new knowledge, but also improve the teaching of biochemistry class.%实验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用LBL教学法;教学效果评价采用问卷调查和期末考试两种方式;结果显示,实验组高于95%的学生赞成PBL教学,并且期末平均成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。因此PBL教学法能够有效地提高学生自主学习的能力。
