Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in ovarian teratomas. Methods:The transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonic image of 72 cases ovarian teratomas patients that confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among the 72 ovarian teratomas patients, the diagnose accordance rate was 90.3%(65/72), and the misdiagnosis rate was only 9.7%(7/72).Conclusions: Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasoundhas important referencevalue in diagnosis ofovarian teratoma.%目的：探讨阴道彩色多普勒超声在卵巢畸胎瘤诊断中的价值。方法：回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的72例卵巢畸胎瘤患者阴道彩色多普勒超声声像图。结果：72例卵巢畸胎瘤经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断符合率90.3%(65/72)；误诊7例，误诊率为9.7%。结论：阴道彩色多普勒超声在卵巢畸胎瘤诊断中具有重要参考价值。
