非药物治疗对单纯舒张期高血压患者血压及血管活性物质的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨非药物治疗方法对单纯舒张期高血压患者血压及血管活性物质的影响。方法选取2009年7月~2012年7月期间就诊的单纯舒张期高血压的患者64例为观察组,选择同期体检的健康者60例为对照组,治疗前通过观察两组患者的血管活性物质来分析单纯舒张期高血压患者和健康人的差异。并通过非药物疗法对观察组患者进行干预,并观察干预前后患者血压及血管活性物质的变化。结果观察组治疗前、治疗3个月和治疗6个月的舒张压(DBP)和血管活性物质水平[血管紧张素Ⅱ(AT2)、血栓素A2(检测TXB2)、肾上腺髓质素(ADM)和前列环素(PGI2)]分别为:①治疗前DBP(94.5±2.7)mmHg,AT2(110.5±40.7)ng/L,TXB2(101.4±26.8)ng/L,ADM(32.3±5.1)ng/L,PGI2(87.2±22.4) ng/L;②治疗3个月的DBP(91.8±2.7)mmHg,AT2(90.9±26.8)ng/L,TXB2(83.8±20.1)ng/L,ADM(26.4±3.3)ng/L,PGI2(75.5±23.5)ng/L;③治疗6个月DBP(86.7±2.0)mmHg,AT2(83.6±29.7)ng/L,TXB2(81.0±30.0)ng/L,ADM(26.6±3.0)ng/L,PGI2(74.8±21.1)ng/L。对照组治疗前AT2、TXB2、ADM和PGI2的水平分别为(81.7±19.7)ng/L,(79.3±17.9)ng/L,(27.5±3.3)ng/L,(73.5±20.5)ng/L。治疗后DBP和血管活性物质水平呈下降趋势。治疗6个月后各指标与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯舒张期高血压患者体内的血管活性物质处于一种高水平的紊乱状态。非药物疗法可显著降低血管活性物质水平,从一定程度上纠正患者体内血管活性物质的紊乱状态;非药物疗法在较长时间后可以降低舒张压,改善患者血压状况。%Objective To study the effect of non-drug therapy on blood pressure and vasoactive substances in patients with isolated systolic hypertension. Methods 64 patients with isolated diastolic hypertension were selected for the observation group from July 2009 to July 2012, and 60 patients who came health examination were selected as the control group in the same period. Before treatment, compared the blood pressure and vasoactive substances of the two groups to tell the differences between them. The patients in the observation group were intervened by non - drug therapy, and to observe the changes of blood pressure and vasoactive substances in patients before and after intervention.Results The observation group before treatment, 3 month and 6 months of treatment of diastolic blood pressure and vasoactive substances(in the order of AT2, TXB2, ADM, PGI2)were(94.5± 2.7) mmHg,(91.8± 2.7) mmHg,(86.7± 2.0) mmHg;(110.5± 40.7)ng/L,(101.4± 26.8)ng /L,(32.3± 5.1)ng/L,(87.2± 22.4) ng/L;(90.9± 26.8)ng/L,(83.8± 20.1)ng/L,(26.4± 3.3) ng/L,(75.5± 23.5) ng/L;(83.6± 29.7)ng/L,(81± 30) ng/L,(26.6± 3) ng/L,(74.8± 21.1)ng/L. The control group before treatment, AT2, TXB2, vasoactive substances ADM and PGI2 levels were(81.7± 19.7) ng/L,(79.3± 17.9) ng/L,(27.5± 3.3) ng/L,(73.5± 20.5) ng/L.Conclusion Isolated diastolic vasoactive substances in hypertensive patients were in a high level state of disorder. Non-drug therapy can significantly decrease the level of vasoactive substances, from a certain extent, to correct the disorder of vasoactive substances in patients; non-drug therapy can reduce the diastolic pressure in a long time, improve blood pressure in patients with isolated systolic hypertension.
